My aim is to provide a safe space for women to share their stories and experiences, talk in a non-judgemental environment, get support and just have someone to listen.
we will learn wellbeing techniques to empower you to support your own mental health and take back control.

DELABOLE
The Delabole group will take place in my therapy room until a larger venue can be obtained there will only be 6 spaces in each session so you will need to book for this. Once you say you are going please drop me a message and I will send you the location details. If you need to cancel so let me know as spaces are limited.
The sessions are Free, they will take place monthly (where possible) and will last around an hour, you will have some time at the end to look at resources and talk amongst the group.
