Join us for a beginner-friendly session to learn how to crochet beautiful designs inspired by the elements. Whether you're a seasoned crafter or a newcomer, this event is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature through art.

Natural Impressions: Art in Nature - Intro to Crocheting, invites participants to learn the basics of crocheting with Ocean Connectors in the tranquil setting of the Birdwing Open Air Classroom. This event offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature and creativity amidst the serene beauty of the San Dieguito Lagoon.

Materials will be provided for the intro class** If you would like to buy your own check out some beginner crocheting kits from Amazon

Birdwing Open Air Classroom is a short hike East on the Coast to Crest Trail from the San Dieguito Lagoon Staging Area it can be tricky to find. The 2801 Via de la Valle address will tell you to go passed San Andres, DO NOT PASS SAN ANDRES. Turn South on San Andres, at the Wells Fargo, turn left down the third [DIRT ROAD] driveway behind the PETCO, it will take you to the off-street parking/staging area.
