OSU Extension Fresh Start Nutrition (8-Week Class) - Del City, OK

The Fresh Start program is hands-on and teaches new skills that participants can use at home every day - from planning, shopping, and cooking tips to simple solutions for healthy eating and daily physical activity. Graduates of the program receive a cookbook and a signed graduation certificate.

When: Wednesdays, October 1st Through November 19th, 9:30AM-10:30AM

What: OSU Extension Fresh Start Basic Nutrition Workshop. Adult-based 8-week course with each week covering a different topic.
