New Moms Workshop

This FREE New Moms Workshop is geared towards moms of babies and toddlers, this will be an evening of safe discussion on the realities of the New Mom experience.

Topics of discussion will include:
•Expectations
•Re-defining self
•Mom-Rage
•Mood Issues
•Connection and Support

We understand childcare can be a challenge, and as an event for new moms we welcome babies under 12 months to join.
