DeCarbon Dialogues: Micro Forests and Winter Sowing

Have you ever heard of the Miyawaki method for creating a 100 year forest in just 20 years? Wondering how to save money by winter sowing your own native plants? We’ll cover these two topics at our first ever DeCarbon Dialogues meet-up, where we break down topics into bite sized 30 minute (or less) presentations. Micro forest will cover the background of this movement as well as a discussions on establishing one here in DeKalb County. Winter sowing will be a tutorial by a local native plant enthusiast.
