Akal Meditation

Sunday, Sept. 14, at 1:00 pm, I am holding an Akal meditation for someone who is dear to me.

I am asking others who are wanting to join me in voice to celebrate not only this person’s life but anyone who is also dear to you that you would like to honor or remember.

Akal is a powerful meditation even when practiced by oneself… when you have a group of people who come together in chant it is amazing!
