Join us at Coffee Club as our speaker, Amy Lowe takes us into discussing what to do and what to plant for the month of October.

Come early, bring a mat to enjoy Yoga 🧘‍♀️at The Potting Shed at Breathe Easy Farm (get moving before Coffee Club!)

We begin promptly at 8:45 a.m. for a 30 minute ALL LEVELS, all ages gentle mindful movement class.

Under the shade trees and surrounded in nature🌺🦋🌼, we will flow.
