All Ages, All Levels - Mindful Movement at The Potting Shed

Yoga at The Potting Shed at Breathe Easy Farm (get moving before Coffee Club!)

We begin promptly at 8:45 a.m. for a 30 minute ALL LEVELS, all ages gentle mindful movement class.

Surrounded in nature & stay after for Coffee Club at 9:30 a.m. and browse/shop the produce, plants, herbs, mushrooms & more! Always a great time!
