The annual Winter Solstice Practice has landed on the exact day of the Winter Solstice this year! The official date and time is December 21, 2025 at 7:03 AM, and we will be setting up from 7 – 8 AM, during the official time, to create the space for you to practice, reflect, pause and restore. You are invited to arrive at 8 AM, and we will begin the practice at 8:30 AM. The practice is open to 120 people due to the 30 minute earlier start time and would love for you to invite friends and family to join in this annual seasonal reset. This offering has become an annual event for many and I look forward to having you join us. ~ Kathy

Please bring a yoga mat, 2 blankets – one for under you and one over you, strap, blocks, and eye bag (if you have these items), and any of your own yoga props that will enhance your experience. We will also have props to purchase and borrow (while supplies last.)
