Sound Bath with Frances Murphy

Take some time just for you to unwind as you hear and feel soothing sound frequencies wash over you. Sound baths are when a practitioner plays crystal singing bowls, chimes, bells, etc. around you, bathing you in sound.
Bring a yoga mat and blanket. A pillow and eye mask are optional but may make you more comfortable. Chairs will be provided for those who prefer to sit.
