Imagination Yoga

Give your child the joy of yoga at NKO!

This June NKO is offering Imagination Yoga, a 3-week Kids Yoga series, on Wednesdays from 10am-11am led by Sandy Nardini who is certified to teach Imagination Yoga for kids.

In this 3-week yoga series children will learn how to calm, focus and center themselves using their breath and relaxing meditation techniques. Students will also learn different yoga postures to help increase strength and flexibility and improve gross and fine motor skills. Students will learn mindfulness, body awareness, and gain tools to help manage stress in their daily lives through fun, imaginative stories in a positive environment.


This class is designed for ages PreK-2nd grade.

Cost: $30 for the 3-week series
