Summer Solstice Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic dance invites us to be free and celebrate movement. No choreography - just music, movement, and joy!

Christine and Hilary love this global practice and are so excited to share it in Deep River. We will provide light guidance to encourage exploration and play as we move and dance to various rhythms. We will start slowly and gradually increase the intensity before cooling down and taking some time to stretch, relax, and integrate. The experience is like a moving meditation.
