MetaPainting Workshop

MetaPainting is a 2-hour mindful painting session on textured ceramic tiles, facilitated by Ariel Finelt Shoemaker. Participants share a quiet, collaborative space where texture and deliberate brushwork guide a meditative, process-focused experience. Each person finishes with a unique tile keepsake that commemorates the contemplative journey.

Designed to ease chronic stress, racing thoughts, and digital overwhelm, MetaPainting invites you to slow down and reconnect—with yourself, others, and the present moment. The tactile act of painting on ceramic tiles provides a tangible outlet for creativity, leaving you with a personal reminder of a calming evening and a renewed creative spark.
