Join the Luther College Symphonic Band and Decorah Public Library for a Concert at Phelps Park! Enjoy popular music from movie soundtracks, DPL's mobile outreach booth, and an "Instrument Petting Zoo" to try the instruments out for yourself!

Bring a picnic, and a blanket or lawn chair to enjoy the concert.
