Cost $10 Cash

Rising 8th graders - Rising Sr’s Only

*Rising 7th Graders - you have to obtain your first yr physical individually from your primary Dr or Clinic.

See Coach Pressnell for a copy of the sports physical form that needs to be completed. You can then do this group physical above next yr. You will also need to create a Dragon Fly acct and upload your privately obtained physicals. (Also see Coach Pressnell with questions)
