Nature Journaling

Nature Journaling provides a wide array of benefits, such as stress reduction, increased mindfulness, and an opportunity to express personal creativity. Join Illinois Extension volunteer, Merry Lanker, for a guided workshop on creating your unique journal and spend time laughing, enjoying light refreshments, and getting to know others who share your passion for nature.

You do not need to be an Illinois Extension volunteer to attend this workshop, however, you must be at least 18 years of age. There is also a $5 supply fee. Register by July 21!
