LaFloy Flow Yoga - Prenatal Classes

LaFloy Flow Yoga will now offer in person Prenatal Yoga classes at Core Dance in Decatur, GA in August. Our prenatal yoga classes are designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy with gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques that ease common discomforts like back pain, swelling, and fatigue. But this class is more than just yoga—it’s a community. Connect with other moms-to-be, share experiences, and feel supported on your journey into motherhood.
