Heroes of Change Inc. is proud to introduce ourselves to the Atlanta community. While our roots are in Chicago, our mission remains unwavering to alleviate chronic homelessness among LGBTQ+ individuals and families by providing community-based services that promote personal growth, cultural awareness, and long-term stability in a safe, supportive environment.
The Aftermath Kiki Ball is not just a celebration of culture and talent it’s also the official launch of our presence and outreach efforts in Atlanta. Through this event, we aim to raise awareness and share vital resources with those in need. We believe that everyone has the power to be a hero to someone and together, we can create real change.
