The Deeply Rooted Youth Conditioning Program is a 6-week training experience designed to enhance your skills, agility, speed, mindset, and emotional strength in and out the arena.

ALSO Join us JUNE 4th 2025 for our First Parent Athletic Workshop.

6 Week Program Dates Every MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY 6-9 PM dinner will be served.

Starting : Monday, June 9, 2025 Location in Atlanta, GA

Ending: Wednesday, July, 16, 2025 Location in Decatur GA

Time: 6 PM – 9 PM
