The JMI Unity 80 Orchestra Brings a Performance for Peace Under the Baton of Patrick Hahn
The city of Debrecen is set to host an extraordinary musical event that brings together 30 of the world’s most promising young classical musicians from 20 countries in one phenomenal ensemble: the JMI Unity 80 Orchestra.
Taking the stage at the Faculty of Music at 17:00, this free concert offers locals and visitors alike a rare chance to experience the future of classical music—live and up close. The orchestra will perform under the dynamic leadership of Patrick Hahn, one of Austria’s most exciting and in-demand young conductors.
From the stirring elegance of Haydn, through the gripping intensity of Shostakovich, the colour and flair of Ravel, to the bold folkloric energy of Bartók, this concert promises a program that is both timeless and thrillingly fresh.
