Yoga for Everyone

I’m trying to get this program going in Debary
It is in partnership with the City of Debary department of Recreation. The glasses are 10.00 drop in or 30.00 a month.

I have been teaching for over 30 years promoting the benefits of practicing yoga to improve mind, flexibility , balance and strength. It can calm anxiety and also help you move through everyday chores with more ease.
