Internal Martial Arts Classes

This event is intended to offer an introduction to the internal arts of taiji, bagua, and xingyi, along with supporting and foundation practices. If enough people are interested, I'll start a class. In class, everyone will practice foundations. Then, each person will decide which system they want to focus on: taiji, xingyi, or bagua. Each art has it's own characteristics and requirements movements. They can't all be learned together at the same time. The character and the nature of the movements matters. Who am I? I am a three-time international internal arts champion and international competition judge. Two of my students won US national championship titles. I spent 30 years traveling between the us and China. I'm fluent in Mandarin and translate for the English/Mandarin pair. I teach traditionally from my own 40 years of practice and study.

We're going to meet outside before the Library opens. This session will be free. Class will not. We'll discuss that during the event.
