Author Meet & Greet with John Wukovits

Meet World War II historian and writer John Wukovits as he engages with guests on his latest book, “Lost at Sea,” which documents the incredible survival of aviator Eddie Rickenbacker and his seven companions after 24 days adrift in the Pacific Ocean during World War II. This book, along with several others written by Wukovits, will be available for purchase and signing by the author. 📖

Located outside “Our War Too: Women in Service,” this meet and greet is free for members or included with museum admission.

🎖️ About “Our War Too: Women in Service”:
Making its Midwest traveling debut, this special exhibit honors the nearly 350,000 American women who served during World War II. With over 200 unique artifacts from The National WWII Museum’s collection, explore the efforts, struggles and accomplishments of these servicewomen, the impacts of which extend into the present day.
