Saturday Morning Drop In Meditation, Deal

We are offering a weekly drop in Meditation class at the Pilates Shed, 98-102 High Street, Deal CT14 6EE (accessed through a bright red door next to Le Pinadier), on a Saturday morning 11:15am - 12:15pm.

Please note doors will close promptly at 11:15am in order for meditation to begin, so please arrive before this time. Doors open at 11:05AM.

No experience is necessary and we will be teaching two meditation techniques: the Mindfulness of Breathing Practice and The Loving Kindness Practice.

This is a friendly class run by members of a our group. Do join us.
