Sacred Rest: Sound, Stillness & Healing Touch

Step out of the winter rush and into a sanctuary of peace. Sacred Rest is an immersive evening designed to restore your body, quiet your mind, and nurture your spirit.

You’ll be gently guided through meditation to settle your nervous system before being carried on a sound journey with crystal bowls, gong, and chimes. As the vibrations wash over you, you’ll drop into deep stillness, where your body can release tension and your mind can soften. To close, you’ll receive a nourishing savasana massage - a healing touch to anchor you fully into rest and renewal.

This evening offers a rare opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself during the heart of winter. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply restored.

✨ What to Bring

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything that helps you feel cosy and supported. Chairs are welcome if preferred, and extra mats can be provided on request.
