Safe for all fitness levels, this low-impact chair-based exercise routine boosts strength, increases bone density, enhances flexibility, balance & coordination, and posture, and helps reduce pain.
What to Expect:
Join us for a 45-minute session in a friendly and supportive environment that includes:
1. Warm-up exercises to prepare your body.
2. A comprehensive seated Pilates routine targeting key muscle groups, with modifications to suit your pace.
3. Gentle stretching to enhance flexibility and relaxation.
4. You will experience a supportive and friendly environment as we gently exercise to relaxing motivational music.
5. Each session includes a balance sequence, joint mobilisation, and exercises for posture, strength, and flexibility.
What to Bring:
You may bring a small cushion if you need support for you back and a bottle of water. Water is provided from the kitchen tap. Wear comfy clothing and barefoot or grip socks are recommended.
