Joyful Movement Day

On Saturday September 27th, Western group fitness instructors are teaming up with the Fox River lululemon ambassadors for a day of family fitness & fun!

This morning will include classes that are all family friendly, accessible to all fitness levels, and designed to get you moving in new, fun, and restorative ways. 🧘‍♂️🤸🏻🏋🏻‍♂️

All other group fitness is canceled for this morning, so come get your weekend sweat fix with us! 💪
