Inaugural Cocoon Euchre Tournament

With the success we have had with our Cribbage tournaments there have been requests for a Euchre tournament, so we thought we give it a shot. We will be using the Gran Prix partners format for this tournament with 6 games played per team. $20 per team


Teams all play the same number of rounds and there are provisions for uneven teams. The winners are determined by the total amount of Games won. Total points are used as tie-breakers when two teams win the same number of games.

Six games (rounds) should take around 3 hours to complete. We will be using a timer and limiting each round to 20 minutes. All game played would stop at 20 minutes and the team that's ahead wins. If tied, the win would go to the team first making the tying point.
