We are a sanctuary for women that keeps fitness fun!

Come take a FREE 30-minute Pole class to see how fun working out can be in our gorgeous facility. This is a free class.

Preregistration is preferred; walk-ins are welcome but will be limited to open spaces available on the day so pre-register to reserve a spot. Wear shorts and a tank top. Bring a friend or come by yourself and make NEW friends!
