I’m hosting a hands-on Beginner Sourdough Class — perfect for total beginners or anyone who’s dabbled and wants the “ah-ha” moments to finally click.

You’ll leave with:
• Your own active sourdough starter to keep feeding for years
• A set of beginner-friendly tools to get you going at home
• One ready-to-bake loaf you’ve mixed, shaped, and prepped yourself
• The timing, tips, and confidence to keep baking after class

We’ll cover:
• How to feed and care for your starter
• Mixing, stretching & folding
• Shaping, proofing, and scoring
• Baking at home (with or without a Dutch oven)
