Firefighter 5k/10k

DeKalb Fire Protection District is hosting its 1st Annual Firefighters 5k/10k. This is event is organized and approve under a special use permit with the Missouri Department of Conservation. This is a funderaiser event to help DeKalb Fire purchase additional equiptment to better serve the district. Bluffwoods Conservation Area sits in the heart of DeKalb's district, and we can't think of a better place to host this event. We hope this will draw more citizens to this convervation area and highlight some of the areas the volunteers fight fires.
