Hands-On Sushi Rolling Class at Cast & Crew

Cast & Crew invites guests to an intimate hands-on sushi rolling class on Wednesday July 24 at 6 PM in the ballroom. Attendees will learn to make three signature sushi rolls including spicy tuna citrus-cured salmon and krab salad all guided by expert instruction.

The evening also includes tastings of hiramasa nigiri with yuzu gel and cilantro brown butter miso cobia with spicy broth and curated wine and sake pairings. Tickets are $45++ per person and reservations can be made by calling 386.523.2353.
