👋Meet Your Instructor: Alicia Shreiner
Born in Wisconsin and a proud Fairborn resident for 20 years, Alicia brings warmth, creativity, and a deep love movement to every class. As a mother of three, she understands the importance of balance—on and off the matt.
Alicia is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), trained at KAI Yoga Studio in downtown Fairborn. Her teaching style blends mindfulness, accessible movement, and active rest, creating a welcoming space for all levels.
When she’s not teaching yoga, you’ll find Alicia hiking local trails, enjoying live music, or immersed in her art projects and painting. She passionate about building community and sharing the joy of yoga through events around town.
✨What to Expect:
In Alicia’s class, you’ll experience a dynamic Vinyasa flow designed to gently build heat and energize the body. Expect a thoughtful sequence of poses—including planks, chaturangas, and warrior variations—all adaptable to suit every experience level. Alicia creates a welcoming space where strength, endurance, and range of motion are cultivated with care. Each session concludes with a restorative rest, allowing you to fully absorb the benefits of your practice. Her classes promote body awareness, stress relief, and a deep sense of wellbeing.
