Taking Care of Me So I can Take Care of You

You will be creating your own holistic wellness chest from Amrita essential oils. You will also learn a few basic safety precautions and how essential oils can support your immune system without toxic chemicals found in commercial products.

Food to be served: Healing chicken and noodle soup, vegetarian vegetable soup, sandwiches and drinks.

Ages: 21 and older
