Join us for our first Support4Support group gathering! This is a safe, welcoming space for individuals who may be navigating life challenges, health struggles, grief, stress, or simply looking for connection and understanding.

This meetup will include:

• Light snacks and refreshments

• Icebreaker games to help everyone feel comfortable

• Group activities focused on connection, support, and encouragement

• Open discussion in a judgment-free environment

There is no pressure to share — you are welcome to listen, participate, or just enjoy being around supportive people.

Our goal is to build a community where people can support each other while also feeling supported themselves. 💛

Support4Support is community-driven. Donations are never required, but they are appreciated and help provide snacks, supplies, and future group activities. If you would like to contribute, you are welcome to bring snacks, small group supplies, or make a voluntary donation.
