Reiki Training Levels 1 & 2

The Reiki Level 1 class is designed for beginners who are ready to explore the healing power of energy work. This class will introduce participants to the basics of Reiki, including its origins, principles, and techniques. You will learn how to channel energy effectively to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Through guided practice, participants will gain confidence in performing self-healing and be prepared to share Reiki with others.
For those ready to deepen their connection, Reiki Level 2 training will take your practice to the next level. This class focuses on advanced techniques such as distant healing and the use of sacred symbols to amplify energy flow. Participants will also develop an understanding of how to integrate Reiki into daily life for profound healing experiences.
Both classes offer hands-on training and an opportunity to connect with a supportive community of like-minded individuals. This class combines contemporary and traditional Reiki techniques.
Materials will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary, just bring your notebook and pen with the intention of learning and growing.
