Pathways to Homeownership Workshop

New homes are being built in Northwest Dayton’s Hope Zone, and we want to make sure families are prepared to buy when opportunities arrive. WPCU Sunshine Community Fund is launching the Pathways to Homeownership Program in
partnership with Omega Community Development Corporation (CDC).

Free classes start October 8 to help participants:
● Build financial confidence
● Learn the steps to buy a home
● Get support every step of the way

Classes are open to everyone. Seats are limited. Get registered today!
