Howl at the Moon Yoga - Dayton, OH

August 9, 9-10:15 pm

Our session is returning to Dayton, OH. Join us for an all levels riverfront yoga and playful movement session atop the Hope Bridge and under the August Sturgeon full moon.

Bring a mat or blanket for comfort . You know we will howl during this donation based session. Our class will take place on top of Hope Bridge overlooking the Great Miami River. The energy of the river and eclectic graffiti messages on the bridge add to the experience

Adventurous yogis can bring their swimsuit for a pre and or post class river swim.

Park at Rip Rap Roadhouse and walk over to Hope Bridge. There are also limited spots at the Great Miami Bike Trail lot at intersection of Fishburg and Rip Rap Roads Biking the Great Miami River Trail is also a great option.

Tom is the playful owner of Tomfoolery Outdoors, lives in his van and offers yoga sessions while traveling around the USA.
