Join us under the luminous energy of the Full Moon for an evening of deep restorative yoga and sound frequency healing by the flowing waters of the Great Miami River.

This unique outdoor experience is designed to gently guide you into stillness, soften the body, and open your heart to release, reset, and realign with nature’s cycles.

Bring your yoga mat, a cozy blanket or bolster, water, and an open heart. We will close with a community water release ritual, letting go of what no longer serves us—together.
