Free Flow: Yoga, Dance & Sound Bath

Flow with wellness community through somatic and ecstatic dance, gentle yoga stretches and sound bath with guided meditations.
Freely flow to the external rhythms or let the internal rhythm guide you. Drumming, clapping and vocal release encouraged. We'll also stretch, get cozy, and reground in a relaxing soundscape of singing bowls, gong, water sound instruments and loving meditations.
Programming is for all bodies, ages, & abilities.
