Unroll your mat and raise your glass-it’s time for Flow & Fizz on the sand at Boondox Bar and Grille! Join certified yoga instructor Alyssa Perez of Perezence Yoga for a one-hour all levels flow designed to help you move, breathe, reset, and have fun! Bring your mat or a towel and a water bottle-then stick around to relax and sip on your complimentary mimosa!
