Chair Yoga Teacher Training

In this weekend Chair Yoga Teacher Training join Devon Schmidt C-IAYT yoga therapist, E-RYT 500 to learn how to make yoga accessible by using the chair. You will learn how to teach classes that are either calming, balancing or energizing while using the chair. We will cover how to teach chair yoga classes that are appropriate for all bodies and needs including:

-Wheelchair yoga
- Chair Yoga for the office
- Chair yoga for seniors
- Meditation and relaxation in the chair
- Strength/ stability
- Flexibility/ mobility
- Adapting your group classes with the chair

*This training is for teachers who have already completed a 200hr teacher training. 10 hours of CEUS available through Yoga Alliance.
