Did you know that you can use the breath to calm the nervous system, soothe anxiety, and revitalize the self? Add an intuitive sound bath, getting tucked in with props, and blankets and you’ll be floating through the stars in no time.
Sam and Sarah will lead you through 120 minutes of nurturing, accessible for all levels. Your body will be in a supportive propped posture to increase vagal tone and soften the mind, melting away stress and anxiety. Gentle breath practices allow not only a reset of the mind but of the body as well, tuning you into deep and luxurious rest.
We will tuck you in, swaddle you in the sounds of crystal bowls, rain sticks, handmade drums and more. You’ll receive hands-on supportive touch from both facilitators… maybe it’s a crown massage, maybe a soft hand on your belly, or a simple shoulder release. With consent, we may even use massage and essential oils. It’s a decadent treat.

Registration is required. Please register early to ensure your space is saved as this event frequently sells out and this ensures copious amounts of props are available for all participants. Due to this, seats are limited to only eight participants.
Doors will open at 6:45 pm and will be locked at 7 pm to ensure that we begin on time. Refunds will not be given for cancellations or no-shows on the day of the event.
