What's going on with perimenopause & menopause?

Join Carmen Ditzler at Healthy Families, Healthy Babies for a workshop focused on hormones, pelvic health, and simple strategies for wellness in perimenopause and menopause. A light meal will be provided, with a gluten free and vegan option available.

Carmen is a kinesiologist with a focus on pelvic floor and core health and healing. She’s funny, engaging, and welcomes all gender identities to come and learn.

Accessibility information: This workshop will take place at Healthy Families, Healthy Babies, in the YOOP hall at the corner of King St and Second Ave. There is a ramp to access the building and there are accessible washrooms inside. There will be seating available for the workshop. The workshop will be approximately 2.5 hours and includes breaks and time for questions.
