Cooking Class: A Veggie Enchilada Fiesta

Join us for a learning session, date night, or solo community hangout. Our classes are truly a good time, great vibes, and people of all levels learn and have fun creating masterpieces together.

Get ready to turn up the flavor with this vibrant, veggie-forward class! You’ll learn how to make non-traditional but amazingly delicious mushroom and spinach enchiladas from scratch, complete with a rich, smoky red enchilada sauce. We’ll round out the meal with a fresh corn salsa and tangy cilantro cream—perfect for entertaining or elevating your weeknight dinner routine. This class is approachable, hands-on, and packed with flavor.

You’ll make:

• Mushroom/Spinach Enchiladas
• Medium spicy red enchilada sauce
• Fresh corn salsa
