We invite you to experience a deep encounter with your true self through this session that combines a talk and meditation, guided by the practice of Sahaja Yoga.

We will begin with a brief introduction to share who we are and the journey we will walk together.
Then, we will enter into a guided meditation that will allow you to quiet the mind, raise your energy, and experience the peace that arises from within.
At the end, we will open a space for reflection on our emotions and how we can care for and protect our energy in daily life.
