Join us for a very special edition of CreativeZen as we celebrate our 7-Year Anniversary with a first-ever panel discussion, inspired by the Cotilla Gallery’s newest exhibition, . This unique event is part of the annual —a powerful movement designed to bridge divides and bring people together across lines of difference.

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, our panel will explore the idea of reflection—both literal and metaphorical—as seen through the lenses of art, psychology, and personal experience.

• Sergio Gomez – Artist, Gallerist, curator of Mirrored Realities, and co-founder of Art NXT Level
• Dr. Yanina Gomez – Psychologist, Author and co-founder of Art NXT Level
• Christian Feneck – Acclaimed visual artist featured in the exhibit, known for his vibrant explorations of color, geometry, and meditative space
• CreativeZen host Evan Snow guiding the discussion

We’ll begin the morning with community connections, a guided meditation, followed by the panel conversation and space to connect with fellow creatives and community members afterwards.

Doors open at 8:30am for coffee, tea, breakfast bites and community gathering. The panel begins promptly at 9:00am.

CreativeZen was born out of Choose954’s mission to connect, engage, and inspire the local creative community through meaningful storytelling. Supported by Nova Southeastern University’s Alvin Sherman Library and their Circle of Friends Board, CreativeZen has hosted over 70 talks across 7 years—each one offering a spark of insight, connection, and inspiration.

Events include a complimentary guided meditation, followed by a short, insightful talk or discussion. You don’t have to be an artist to attend—just bring your curiosity and an open heart.

As part of Choose954 & Zero Empty Spaces co-founder Evan Snow’s mission to create platforms that connect and engage our creative community, we are proud to continue the . This gathering invites local artists and creatives to come together over a shared meal and meaningful discourse.

This edition holds even deeper meaning as we gather during 10 Days of Connection—a community-wide movement to burst bubbles, challenge divides, and celebrate difference, led by our friends at Radical Partners.

"Since 2017, for 10 days each year (May 1st–May 10th), we have invited the entire community to do the opposite of division: to burst bubbles, engage in acts of connection, and celebrate differences. We do this by organizing free Connection Experiences across Miami-Dade, Broward, and beyond."

Our 22nd Artist Potluck will take place at our newest Zero Empty Spaces #33 location in Showroom B102 at DCOTA, a creative hub where community and art converge.

Bring a dish, bring a friend, and bring your authentic self.
