Sometimes life leaves cracks behind — but what if those cracks could be part of what makes us stronger, wiser, and even more beautiful?
In this special workshop, we’re joined by Dr. Maria Curran, founder of The Center for Creativity and Healing. Maria is a therapist, educator, and artist who believes in the power of creativity to help us process, heal, and grow.
Together, we’ll explore the Japanese art of Kintsugi, where broken pottery is repaired with gold — highlighting the cracks instead of hiding them. It’s a reminder that what’s broken can be made whole again, and that our scars can become part of our strength.
You’ll get hands-on: we’ll each break a bowl (on purpose!), then mend it with gold, creating something unique that tells a story — just like us.
✨ What to expect:
Gentle guidance and reflection from Dr. Curran
A creative, calming project to help you process your own story
A safe space to share (or just listen) if you’d like
Coffee and snacks provided — we’ve got you
No artistic experience needed — just bring yourself, an open heart, and a willingness to see beauty in imperfection.
💛 This event is free and open to any woman navigating separation, divorce, or a new beginning. Come make something beautiful out of what feels broken — and take home a reminder that your story isn’t over yet.
