Walk Dance Connect
Festival season may be coming to a close and the weather may be shifting, but joy, movement and connection are still ours to create.
There is something magical about moving to music. It lifts our spirits, frees our minds, and brings us together. When you dance in public, you do not just move your own body you inspire and empower others to smile, to laugh, and maybe even to join in.
How it works
We will meet at the far end of the car park, where you will receive a silent disco headset. Through your headphones you will hear the music and my voice. I will be with you every step of the way, guiding, encouraging and empowering you as we walk, dance and take up space in nature. Around 11am we will WANCE (walk and dance) our way to the café to finish, uplifted and connected.
