Come and share this summer's morning with me and a small group of friendly yogis, as we journey through a gentle, flowing yoga practice. The practice is designed to give your body, breath and mind the time they need to settle, slow down and feel good.
It's amazing how refreshed we can feel by just taking a few hours out, and yoga has this ability to reach all the parts that might be in need of a little TLC.
The yoga is suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis, all you need to be able to do is get up and down from the floor, we won't be doing headstands and handstands, I like to think we can have as much fun with one or two feet on the floor!
I will provide a healthy and hearty vegetarian brunch / lunch, giving us all time to chat and get to know each other a little. I think yoga is a lovely way to meet new people or catch up with friends, so having time to eat and chat is important to me.
